A six week guided reset and refresh for piano teachers who want their studio to actually work.

We will dig into your lesson formats, tuition, calendar, policies, and systems so your studio feels manageable and still supports you financially.

How this cohort works

We’ll meet live on Mondays from 12:00–1:00 pm Eastern on: February 9, 16, 23 and March 2, 9, 16.

Live attendance is strongly encouraged. This work is most effective when you’re present for the conversations and decisions we make together.

Recordings will be available if you need to miss a session, but this is not designed to be a watch-later program.

In addition to the live calls, there will be an open Voxer day every Friday during the cohort session. Friday is the day you can ask questions, share reflections, and expect active back-and-forth support.

Because this is a small, interactive group, enrollment is limited.
